Hi Ceili! I'm an Australian dancer and my state championships are next weekend (yikes!) and was wondering how I could get even fitter before then in both respiratory fitness and muscle endurance? I believe I am fit enough "breath" wise, however it's my legs that really let go about half way through my dance which results in me having to really push my respiratory fitness to the max..
