Congratulations on the AIs! you're incredible. I would be really appreciative if you could help me with some examples of stretches to enable me to lift higher/jump higher/hold my overs better x

Aw thanks so much! I think muscle strength in the quads and the feet is extremely important. I tend to do loads of rises as they help me get higher in the air.  I also think you need to move your legs quickly in order to get the momentum to hold your jumps. Goodluck!!
