Help for turnout and toe height? Big fan xx

Toe height: Foot and calf strength! Get on those rises, use the theraband to strengthen your feet, and also do lots of hopping on one foot focusing on articulating your feet the best you can.

Turnout: DRILL! Get in front of the mirror and push those heels as far forward as you can. The more you practice and get comfortable with how it will look - the better it will get.
