So I’ve FINALLY started to start insanity. For those of you who don’t know what insanity is, it’s a 60 workout challenge that is crazy hard but gets you super fit. I am going to need some words of motivation at times, to make sure I actually complete this - so feel free to give me a kick up the bum or a friendly reminder to keep me on track!
Ps. I thought if I said this goal out loud, I might actually complete it! So fingers crossed!
