When you do things like travel or go on a holiday, do you practice irish dance every day still? Or what do you do during that time to work out or keep your fitness up

Usually I would practice, but in my holidays over the last few weeks I literally didn’t do a thing. I’ve had such a full on 6 months physically that my body was begging me to rest it! I know I have a lot more work to do now, but my body really needed the rest and was very thankful for it!
